Elon Musk’s net worth exceeds 125 countries’ GDP out of 195 countries in the world. Having seen his fortune grow from $25 billion to almost $200 billion in less than a year, Elon Musk has overtaken Jeff Bezos to become the wealthiest person in the world. The billionaire polymath is best known as the head of Tesla‘s electric vehicle group and SpaceX’s private rocket business. He also leads Neuralink and The Boring Company, a brain-tech startup that seeks to “solve traffic” by digging tunnel networks in cities.
In last year, Elon claims the world’s richest person rank, and now his net worth is more than 125 countries’ GDP worth. Musk’s own net worth, which is now equal to the annual GDP of a small to the medium-sized economy, has largely powered Tesla’s fortunes. According to estimates from the International Monetary Fund, if Musk’s wealth is ranked alongside any country’s GDP globally, he would be the 50th wealthiest country in the world, out of 195 countries.
